The best Vanilla mixed with the must of the white grapes and aged in ash wooden barrels for 5 years. The colour is white, limpid and transparent. The smell is delicate, the taste is sweet and sour and the density is syrupy.
Uses: on fresh fruit, fruit salad, sorbet and pastry.
