IGP certified Silver Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from cooked grape must and wine vinegar which has been aged in French oak barrels for a long time. The grapes used are strictly harvested by hand according to the DOP protocol. Then, the grapes are pressed together to obtain a juice that, once cooked, will be poured in wooden barrels. Here the aging process of the product takes place through a natural process of fermentation.
Uses: It is a versatile product to use in the kitchen according to its own creativity. It is suitable for a daily use on salad, vegetables, omlettes, buffalo Caprese with tomato, roast meat, boiled meat. Finally you can pour the vinegar on risotto, desserts or fruit salad in a few drops.

Gold Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena – IGP Certified
The Gold Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, IGP Certified, is obtained from cooked grape must produced which has been aged for a long time in French oak barrels. It has a high density and a sweet-sour flavor with fruity shades as well as intense perfume.
A product 100% made in Italy. All the phases of the production, from the grapes cultivation to the final product, are totally supervised.

A balsamic vinegar aged in ash wooden barrels for 8 years with Saffron from Italy (Montefeltro area), and must from white grape. The smell is sweet and sour, the colour is yellow with red striping.
Uses: suitable on all type of freshwater and saltwater fish, crustacea, mollusc, caviar, fresh fruit and fruit salad, on pasta and risotto (rice).
